Tank Heating Technology

1. Low heat exchange efficiency and high steam consumption. The heating of viscous liquid by the traditional tank heater is a static natural convection heat exchange with an extremely low heat release coefficient. Due to the low heat exchange efficiency and high condensate temperature, it is often discharged with a large amount of steam. At the same time, due to the high temperature of the viscous liquid on the surface of the heating tube, it is very easy to produce decomposition products and aggregate on the surface of the heat exchange tube, which is easy to coke, seriously hindering the transfer of heat and affecting the heat exchange efficiency.
2. The heating process is not economical. When only a small amount of viscous liquid needs to be poured out, the entire viscous liquid in the tank must be heated. The amount of heating is several times the amount used this time, making a large amount of steam useless.
3. The temperature of the viscous liquid in each part of the tank is uneven. The temperature of the viscous liquid close to the heater is higher, the temperature of the viscous liquid far away from the heater is lower, and the temperature of the extracted viscous liquid is even lower, which seriously affects the fluidity of the oil.
4. Affect the quality of the viscous liquid. The viscous liquid in the tank is repeatedly heated, and a large number of fine decomposition products are produced during the heating process, which have a certain impact on the quality of the viscous liquid and increase the cost of subsequent processing.
